Years ago, I used to come here all the time and it was great. Unfortunately it’s gone downhill significantly. The food is now so oversalted it’s almost inedible. It’s often overcooked as well. I ordered something off the menu posted inside and had the unpleasant surprise of being charged more than the listen item price because they hadn't bothered to update the menu. Multiple times after receiving my order I had to go back and ask them to fix my order. And no, I didn’t make any changes. It was just a basic menu item. The employees are sweet and trying their best but I’ve only had very bad experiences there the past few months. Given today’s experience, unfortunately that will definitely be the last time I go there.

I am truly disappointed by my most recent visit which I have concluded will be my last to this location. Over the last couple years, this place has been my little sweet treat/cheat day/everything I need on a bad day kind of place. Their variety is not extensive, but it's enough. I usually order double or triple toppings which can fill the cup quite a bit, so the staff has always poured the extra liquid into a separate, smaller cup since the main cup is half-three quarters way packed with just toppings. This most recent visit, there was a worker that I hadn't seen before, so she may have been a newer hire. I mentioned the small second cup and explained it's because J order alot of toppings. I ordered double boba, double, lychee, and tried the new mochi which was not bad. Anyhow, she made my drink, and right away I notice the toppings fill about an inch only at the bottom of the cup. I had to get work, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed the toppings were mixed in the middle, and I just wasn't seeing them all. Nope. Not the case. 6 sips in and there ard 0....I REPEAT....ZEROOOO TOPPINGS LEFT!!! Never ever in my boba drinking years have a run out of toppings

Been coming here for a while when I visit the local bar. Today, I went in and ordered basil popcorn chicken and fries. The price did not align with the menu on the wall. They have increase prices without changing the menu. This is deceptive advertising. $7.35 for a side of fries is criminal ! I should have canceled the order! Not cool. On top of it, they’ve been out of calamari for weeks! Probably won’t return!

Decent boba and food. One of the only places that is still open until 11pm so it’s a good place to hang out at night. Parking limited but was still able to snag a spot near the front. Ordered tea eggs and takoyaki. The tea eggs tasted like normal tea eggs and were good. Easy to peel too. The takoyaki was seasoned well but the inside had a little too much creamy mayo batter (???) on the inside and not enough tako (octopus). Ordered honey grass jelly regular with 50% sweetness and it was so sweet! Next time I will get 30% sweet and 30% ice. However, it definitely hit the spot and I would go there again esp late at night. They have a huge menu of snacks so maybe I’ll try other food items next time!
